Gregory Hebert is the President of Kelsey Thomas Consulting. With a strong background in Legal, Contracts Management, Management Consulting, Operations, business funding and grant writing, Kelsey Thomas Consulting offers a wide range of high level services. Greg earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, CA.
Greg has been an Adjunct Professor in the Arizona State University system, is a member of General Dynamics EDGE, Arizona Technology Council, Executive Director AFCEA, the Arizona Association for Economic Development, the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, the Arizona Alliance of Non-Profits, active in the Arizona Commerce Authority and other organizations that build medium and small business. Greg has established what is considered the #1 grant writing firm in the U.S. with clients nationwide as well as international.
Sydney Kovach is a Senior Consultant with Kelsey Thomas. She is pursuing a degree in Global Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles. At UCLA, Sydney is Senior Staff at the UCLA newspaper, the Daily Bruin, and is a journalist and developer for The Stack, Daily Bruin's tech blog where Sydney conducts research of public data, technology, and applies quantitative insights to important real life applications.
Sydney’s experience in academics, as well as her ongoing work with Kelsey Thomas clients, with her writing and editing expertise enable her to be a strong part of assisting the growing Kelsey Thomas business and non profit client base in Federal and State grant research and writing. In her free time, Sydney enjoys yoga, hiking, and performing with Synthesis Dance Theater at UCLA.
Ben Watson is a Senior Consultant with Kelsey Thomas. His primary role is business development. He is currently working toward his degree in Marketing at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He is a member of the Real Estate Club and the AMA Club at ASU. Ben is working at the firm in building websites for clients, extending our network, creating and distributing our informative email campaigns, responsible for firm social media, and leads new ventures in business development for the firm.
Ben is passionate about writing and content creation with the purpose of business growth. Outside of work, Ben is an avid Phoenix Suns fan and enjoys playing golf, even though he has a dreadful green game.
Annie Snyder is a Senior Consultant at Kelsey Thomas specializing in business development, marketing and and grant writing. She is currently a senior at Arizona State University in the W.P Carey School of Business and Barrett, the Honors College. She is double majoring in Business Law and Public Service and Public Policy, and plans on attending law school in Fall 2021. She is the former Vice President of the ASU College Libertarians and holds a fellowship with the AHA Foundation.
She is the Communications Director for Saratoga Strategy Group and a Senior Magazine Reporter for the ASU State Press. She has completed a variety of internships for law firms, political campaigns, communication groups and political organizations. She is an avid writer and runner, and spends her free time going on hikes, spending time with friends and traveling.
Hannah Cisco is an administrative manager at Kelsey Thomas Consulting. She attended Arizona State University in the W.P Carey School of Business, studying Business Entrepreneurship. She obtained her Real Estate license at the age of 19 and practiced as an escrow/marketing assistant as well as a transaction coordinator.
She grew up and graduated high school in Florence, Arizona. She played sports including softball and golf. She was a member of the National Honors Society, Future Business Leaders of America and was Vice President of her Senior Class. In her free time she enjoys being in nature and spending time with her friends and family.
